Continental as of late has been overwhelmed at their onepass service center telephone number.
the number at times will not even allow you to hold just tells you that they are too busy call back later. If you do mange to be placed oon hold (like I was) it may cut you off after hours of holding in my instance 2.5 hours
I think those planning to wait till the last minute to transfer may want to rethink their plan.
I thought there was a thread on this already but a search of the from did not turn one up.
update I tried again this evening starting 1645 hrs est and at 1845 hrs the agent picked up.
