BCN-GRU on SQ in C and GRU-EZE on JJ in Y (all on one ticket): would I have access to TAM lounge in GRU? Unable to find anything on here/TAM's website...

As long as you are still LH Senator, which is Star Alliance Gold status, you will have access to the JJ or UA lounge. Not sure if you can actually access the latter because the JJ flight might leave from different terminal.

Yes access to both if his profile is up to date.
The lounges are very close to each other. The United one being the best.

At GRU one can stay airside and go between the two terminals.
