France - NYE in Paris

Hi yall,

I decided last week to take my parents (both in their sixties) to Paris for NYE.

We will be staying at a hotel in the Bastille area. Could anyone suggest me a nice place to spend NYE? We would like a typical Parisian place where Parisians would go, instead of touristy places.

Any input will be greatly apprecidated!

No, I am not looking for a gay hotel for my parents. We are already confirmed in a hotel in Bastille. I'd just would like the suggestion of a nice restaurant to spend NYE in Paris, preferable in the Bastille area.
