Hilton HHonors - Guest of the Day ... a nice Hampton Touch

I stay at Hampton (CMH I-70) about once a month. I don't know if they do this at other Hamptons, but here they have a "guest of the day" program.
The last time I was there I walked in to see a sign:
Welcome, Guest of the Day

Turns out its a random pick of one of the guests as a Thank You. They give you this little form to fill out & as guest of the day they bring breakfast to your room in the morning.
Was a nice surprise!

That's pretty neat, but jelly doughnuts and OJ for breakfast in bed doesn't do a whole lot for me.

Not sure where I'm going, but I'm getting there fast.

It is a nice touch, but can trouble some people who value their privacy.

...and would kill the diabetic guests choosing Hampton Inn!

It's not *manditory* that they bring you breakfast, they just give you a form with a list of their breakfast items & you check off anything you want. If you don't hand the form back to the desk, they leave you alone.
... I certainly didn't complain about having coffee brought to me while I got ready to go in the morning.

I had this at two places; a Hilton and a Res Inn and thought it was cool and then both times my boss was there and he made a joke about it; but it did make me feel a bit weird
Over all its neat though

I actually was referring to the sign with your name on it, letting everyone know you were in residence there.
