I'm going to be in the Novotel Buenos Aires next weekend, does anyone know if the offer upgrades?

I was there just a few weeks ago. No upgrade, no perks -- well, I got a coupon for a welcome drink. It's a fairly nice hotel for Buenos Aires though.
