Hilton HHonors - VIP award stay 5/29/04 for 6 nights 100K or 175K?

Hello everyone
My vacation week for 2004 is 5/29/04 (not flexible). I assume even if I book a GLON, TEEN or ALON now, it will cost me 175K is this correct? I noticed someone mentioned it only matters when you book the award. Someone else mentioned must be used within 1 year after 6/1/03 (which would exclude me if i'm staying 5/29/04 for 6 nights). Any knowledge/advice appreciated. Basically, I'm trying to see if there is any way to book now and use 100K points.(diamond)

You can only book Hilton Hotels 1 yr in advance in my exp. so to book something like that u would need to book it on 6/04/03 unless the hotel is showing availbility which might be possible
