Hey folks,
I wanted to use my AB miles and do not deal with this airline anymore, but it's not that easy :p. I'm going to get partner award ticket and AB requires to book it via callcenter (+49 1805 737 888). I called yesterday around 21.30 and right now today. So I spent 10 minutes (and 10 eur each time) waiting in the line and my calls have not been answered. It's becoming annoying. Is it 24 hours call center (there is no info on website)? Is it possible in general to get through or AB just makes money on charged calls :)? Which time can you suggest me to call?
