Hello, I am going to be booking award travel for next november and after doing a quick KVS search, I am having trouble with my return leg. The EY website shows these flights operating 7 days a week, yet KVS comes back with an error when I select my date, Nov 14th...ideas?

Hello, I am going to be booking award travel for next november and after doing a quick KVS search, I am having trouble with my return leg. The EY website shows these flights operating 7 days a week, yet KVS comes back with an error when I select my date, Nov 14th...ideas?

The flight does exist, but there is currently no Availability on it:

That is strange as to why there is no avail on that day in either class, I can't even book it yet with AA miles. Yet there is avail the day after and before. This is really putting a cramp in my honeymoon plans :(

Your date is currently outside of the standard maximum date range (and is, most likely, outside of AA's system range anyway), so it's rather difficult to determine the reason for the absence of any Availability on that flight -- have you tried calling EY to see if they can provide add'l info from their internal system?

I have not..I have to wait until the 12th to book my outgoing leg set for Nov 7th...might be worth a try calling EY, but then again, that is the flight that I have to take so...

Wow, as I still haven't called, I checked EY's site and they show zero availability on the 14th, how can this be. They operate that flight 7 days a week! Now it looks like I am going to have to shorten my trip by one day :(
