Hilton HHonors - Gold Upgrade for 2 rooms

I have used my HH points and booked 2 rooms. - 1 for my parent and 1 for me. I am a gold member but my parents are not.
My parent will be checking into the hotel 2 days before me. Are they qualify for upgrade since they are using my HH points. The reservation has my HH #. If not, after I check in, can my parents join me for free breakfast (staying in Beijing).

Booked three rooms at an ES in FL last week, online using my HH Gold #. All three rooms were upgraded to larger, oceanview suites, and each ahd the water/snacks. At check-in we split the rooms into individual credit cards. I only got points for my room.
