I stayed at the Best Western Boracay Tropics Resort as a BW Diamond Member last week and was frustrated with my experience there for starters as a BW Diamond member and a Birthday special request for a room upgrade I arrived to not only see my request not honored but I did not even receive my reserved room assignment. I reserved a King Size Bed Room and was given a room with 2 Doubes instead. I also had fruistrations with a Cancelled Reservation through a Third Party Booking that they would not honor the Cancellation.
