Hilton HHonors - 2 Rooms

Does anyone know what the policy is, as far as points & stay credits regarding 2 rooms? I was just told that I can only get points for the room I am staying in, not the room that my business associate is in that I booked for him. Also, I am Hilton Diamond, Do both rooms get upgraded & ammenities or just mine?

If both rooms are charged to you and are on the same folio, you can get point credit for both (but only one room would count for night/stay credits). It does not matter who books the rooms.

You are supposed to get credit for two rooms if both rooms are charged to the same folio.

From experience, I have found that this works only half the time. I then have to call HHonors to get points for the second room.

A nice agent will do it for you immediately online. Otherwise, the agent will ask you to fax in the folio.

If you get the second type of agent, just hang up and call again. The Diamond Desk can also help.
