Other North & South America Frequent Flyer Programs - PD vs WS

I have to fly YTO-YUL next week. AC seems to be more expensive than PD/WS. Which one is better in terms of service? Does PD give free booze like WS?

Choice of beer, wine, or soft drinks, in addition to a variety of snacks or a snack box (depending on the time of day). PD flies out of City Centre so time savings may be a factor depending where in Toronto you are. Haven't flown WS yet but PD's service has been nothing but good with me.
