I am a gold member in the m life .I understand that if i accept a room comp I am basically gonna pay for a full room price with my comps no? so I would start with minus comps?
In this case is it not better to get a discounted casino price and simply pay it off with comps in the end?

When I played in the mlife system, if the room offer was complimentary they did NOT take that out of comps. [There was a disclaimer about playing your "usual" amount, but if you didn't, you wouldn't get invited back for free.:D]

You are expected to generate enough theoretical loss via your play to cove the room. Alternatively, if you book a loss they can take 10% of your actual loss to cover your comps.

And no, this will not come out of your express comps (small as they are...)

When you get a comp i heard you get a minus in your account which you pay off later with comps(not express)
