New York City - JFK lounges in Terminals 4 and 8

I have questions about JFK lounges, particular, Oasis, The Lounge, and AA Admirals Club.

The Lounge:
1. Looks like they serve food, is this free?
2. As for alcoholic beverages, do they have whiskey or scotch for free?
3. Is it before or after security?

Oasis:
1. Is this is in terminal 1 or 4? I saw two different answers.

AA club:
1. Is it true that liquor is free now? Just not top shelf items?

Shower question. What's the protocol when using the showers? Do you reserve it? Do you need a lock, towel? I never used one. I have no idea what to expect. Thank you! Cheer! ^

You have to be assigned a shower, if all are busy you may have to wait. Doors lock, towels provided.
