Hong Kong and Macau - Turkish Airlines feedback

Due to a last minute family surgery I have to rebook my holiday trip. Can anyone give me feedback on Turkish Airlines? How is service especially during the holidays when flights are full? How are the quality of the planes are they well cared for? Is Economy seating comfortable? I am traveling on the following legs:

11:55pm Istanbul to HK
11:15pm HK to Istanbul

Turkish longhaul service is quite good. A340, A330 and B773 fleets have seat back with AVOD in coach. Seats can be a bit hard but they have nice pitch (on the order of 33-34 I would say) and pretty decent recline. Meal service is also usually quite good both in quality and quantity, and I love the roasted hazel nuts they serve with beverages. Mid flight snacks and beverages are given and frequently a little snack bar is set up in coach as well.

In terms of service, while it is usually pretty efficient it may not always appear to be the warmest but I think some of that may be cultural. Overall, I would recommend TK longhaul in coach. You could do a lot worse! Hope this helps and happy flying!
