tinkybelle -- Hampton Inn Taos is quite new, located right off the Hwy 68, a bit far from the Central Plaza area (I'd say three miles or so). If you want something closer, I've been told that Fechin Inn (http://www.fechin-inn.com/) is a good upscale choice.

I'm partial to the Taos Inn. They have a great restaurant too.

True that the hotel is a little far from the downtown.
I did not check the restaurant, as there are some other nice restaurants downtown. Should have done that !
The hotel is OK. The swimming pool is a separate building, and, in winter, you if you do not want to catch a cold, just watch TV. People are nice.

Anyone stay here?

This famous link http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum57/HTML/001160.html
comes up in a search for Taos but it has 16 pages now. There is no comment in the spreadsheet.

Thanks in advance.

Well, the idea is that you look it up on the spreadsheet. It looks like I went to the old site and did not get the updated version. Taos is on there with "Good".

www.blaisdells.net (http://www.blaisdells.net) has the latest version.
