I just saw Travelzoo's top 20 and they have really great deals with Fly.com. I wanted to know if anyone has ever had a bad experience booking with that 3rd party. Thanks!

My name is Matt and I am actually an employee of Fly.com. My duties include sourcing the deals you are referring to in Travelzoo's Top 20.
To give you an idea, we source deals from all over the internet, including some great mileage run deals we see here on FlyerTalk. The process takes quite a bit of time and all deals are carefully researched (and vetted by our team of deal experts).
I guess I'm biased, but we do a fair amount of quality checking and testing (so does Travelzoo's "Test Booking Center") to ensure all of the deals are in fact bookable at the lead prices. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions at all about Fly.com.
All deals are booked directly through airlines and OTAs that offer the best pricing. Fly.com is simply a search tool used to find the best possible deals.
