The complete total from Atlanta breaks out at $21.70 each way. Drinks are $3 each way, carry on bags that don't fit under the seat are $20 each way. Total round trip with the add ons you requested is $89.40 It was pointed out to me that the $11 fare is a jab at American's Chapter 11 filing.
