In the same way, I do not shoplift or burglarize even though I think that both are probably not very hard. MoreMilesPlease Nov 28, 11, 5:08 pm good chance there is a camera somewhere that gets your licese plate number. They plug that into a computer and it spits out when you entered. A long, long, long time ago we lost our car at DFW in a remote parking lot after a two week trip. Thought it had been stolen. It was around 1am called the parking people. Sure enough they had a record of the car/make/license number. We had parked in a remote lot they were closing and the buses didn't go there unless asked and we just thought remote parking was remote parking. They found our car by make/model/color and had the license number in the system. Ocn Vw 1K Nov 28, 11, 6:26 pm Let's see if the readers of the Travel->NYC forum can help here. All JFK lots run by PANYNJ have advanced imaging/camera system to capture license plate & vehicle info upon entry & it's matched at the exit gate, including those enrolled in the EZ-Pass system. Otherwise, one could swap today's ticket stub taken at the gate after returning for a longer stay, and discard the original stub. emma69 Nov 28, 11, 9:12 pm And 'old school' they used to walk the lot at night with a clip board! A friend did that for a while as a job. Just pay the amount due. dstan Nov 29, 11, 6:04 pm Given that the OP has received a definitive answer, and given that Further Illegal Activity (http://www.flyertalk.com/help/rules.php#q89) is prohibited on FT under the Terms of Service, this thread is now closed. /Moderator |
