Apologies in advance as parts of a similar question may have been answered (I have been reading this forum for hours - lot to soak in! - but did not see an answer that would be current and applicable to a non-status like me).

Early next week I will be arriving at Delhi T3 (from USA) at midnight, and have an onward domestic flight (also from T3) at 6am. Traveling with family, 2 young kids, and first trip there (very excited! plenty nervous!!). I do not have any airline status or elite cards, but would like to have relaxed/comfortable settings for the five hours we are there -
1. what lounge will allow me to pay for access? can/should I reserve it? or should I get an appropriate status credit card in the next few days here in USA?
I did find Sam's snooze on the website, but they appear only for International Departure!

2. Is the eaton transit hotel my best (only) bet (this forum suggests it may be too pricey)

3. Should I be staying at the "International arrivals" side or "domestic departure" side (or are these one and the same?)

Thank you all!

I googled for "Delhi T3 lounges" and one of the top links led me to the Plaza premium lounge in domestic departures, bookable at Rs. 1040 for 2 hours.

I am not at all sure why international arrivals should be the same as domestic departures. They sound like non-intersecting sets to me, since international >< domestic and arrivals >< departures. I googled "Delhi T3 map" and one of the top links led me to:

welcome to ft adban....most lounges will allow you to pay to get in....but there is no doubt that the eaton hotel will be the most comfortable choice....

Thank you Keyser, very helpful and appreciated. I will contact eaton and proceed accordingly.

and thank you too SBF for an interesting math and google lesson. I choose to place my trust in the fine folks of this forum, instead of assuming the newdelhiairport website to be the most up-to-date or reliable.
