oneworld - Is a One World RTW from the Seychelles possible? Which OW carrier flies there?

I was looking at the booking tool I found on Flyer Talk comparing the different RTW options and I found really cheap prices departing from the Seychelles - $3200 in J for 4 continents.

Are there One World or partner airlines flying from the Seychelles which would enable me to take advantage of such a good fare?

I have searched and can't find an airline.

Any suggestions or knowledge of how this is done?
