Aegean Airlines Miles&Bonus - Website upgrades and IT issues

to the people who succesfully enrolled with Aegean Airlines Bonusprogramm: How? I fill the two pages of forms, click submit and land on a empty page. I tried Firefox, Epiphany and Internet Explorer on different operating systems - no luck. Can someone confirm problems?

I found my mistake with my subscribing troubles and it is really embarassing. To save others from the same hassle I will still tell it and I hope you appreciate that ;)

I'm experiencing issues with Aegean:

Invalid Member ID /Password

When trying to log in online..

Anyone can check if theirs are working? Had the same error earlier yesterday, then it was fine in the evening and just now again.. are they on strike again in Greece? :D

I where just going to post a question about the same issue. I and my fiance do not have access to our accounts for the moment so I just sent an e-mail to Aegean. :confused:

I am experiencing the same problem. I then clicked "forgot Password" link, and got a new PIN in the mail that allowed me to log in. Changed my pin back to the old one, and now get the same error again. I furthermore cannot click the "Forgot my Password" link any more as it now gives me an ": **Exception occurred while trying to invoke service method resetPinByMemberId" error.

Now it says that the webpage for Miles and Bonus is not available. I think the new strikes that are affecting Greece might also be affecting Miles and Bonus. :rolleyes:

Just entered my Username and PIN, logged in with no problems.
Clicking on Account Activities shows details correctly on my end.

Here's how to log in:
use the last 4 digits of your password.

So if your password is 123456, log in with 3456. It should work.

Reduced accessibility of M&B's account pages has nothing to de with strikes. From the programme's home page you can link to a page with the following contents:

System Upgrade

Due to the Miles&Bonus systems’ upgrade, the access and management of your Account will temporarily be unavailable, both online and via Aegean’s Call Center.

You will be informed with a new announcement regarding the system’s restoration, on our website within the day.
