Since the beginning of February I have done 5 flights on AC and 2 on SQ...none have posted. Have filled out the online mile claim form for all 7.
And now when I try to log in it says my member ID is invalid. So far I'm not such a fan of this Miles & Bonus program...

Great customer service at the Aegean service center - called them a couple of times and have been very helpful. Better than the mainline carriers :)

She can't be bothered. It was enough of a struggle trying to get her to let me sign her up in the first place.

Yes. Finally this week 7 flights posted. Still waiting on 2 more but I've already made *G so not so concerned with them.

I joined up with Aegeans miles and bonus program, I am just confused as to what the problem is with the miles accruing within the star alliance airlines. For example I have been trying to credit two blue1 flights to my account, now blue1 is a star alliance airline yet still nothing... aegean keeps telling me for 3 months now that they must get permission from blue1 first and that they are having MAJOR problems with this airline... blue 1 says contact aegean... I am now tossing between the idea of giving up on aegeans program if the miles cannot and or will not be posted in a timely manner... what makes it more weird to me is that the boarding passes showed my aegean number and star alliance status as well... I honestly dont know where to contact to get the ball on the track as my next fligth would put me in the GOLD status IF these flights are credited soon otherwise NOT

I have the exact same story happening with multiple Spanair flights back at the end of last year (August-Oktober 2010):
Dear Mr. Zeehe
Further to your complain-request we would like to inform you that we do not
have any news on your case. We still not have any contact with Span Air for the
all the retro claims form since our join to Alliance 30th of June.
.
Once again we will say the same to you “We try to push them with every possible
way to have quick answers for all the cases that are pending. Be sure that any
miles that you are entitled to will not be lost”
Now reading that the same problem occurs with other airlines as well I am even more disappointed in Aegean's bonus program. They shouldn't take their internal problems out on their customer's backs and I really don't believe there is no way for them to get into contact with another airline of their own alliance if they really would push matters. Overall it's been almost a year now.
That said I partially blame Spanair for that, hence it was a welcome reason to fly SAS and LH instead of Spanair and I must say I quite like it (also I never had problems with miles of those two into Aegean or Eurobonus so far, and I tried all kinds of combinations).

yes but even if they are not "lost" if it takes you over a year to get your status because of that then it is super bad for the alliance... even with all this I am thinking of switching allainces completely due to the lack of consistency the star alliance seems to hold throughout...

A3 works fine with all the major airlines in *A (CO, LH, UA, US, SQ, TK, LX, NH, AC all have confirmed instances of working), but they seem to have problems with SAS (occasionally), Blue1, and Spanair.

I very recently had to tell the LX agent at the C checkin in ZRH what's the Shortcut of Aegean (A3) to enter my number into the system.
They're probably the most unknown airline in *A...

they really need to work on this , I have never had a problem crediting miles that took this long... EVEN MORE SO I think it is deplorable that a alliance has ZERO miles earning classes... ALL PAID tickets should earn something even if its a measely 150 miles there should never be a ZERO class
bad business in my view

Reading what Aegean answered, my feeling is that the problem lies with Blue1 (and Spanair) and not A3.

All alliances have fare classes that earn zero miles, bad business or not! Having recently switched alliances (I was Platinum Elite with Flying Blue until one year ago), I can only say that you'll have to look in detail into what each one offers, or to be more precise, what the airline you mostly use does. In my case, until a couple of years ago Skyteam and AF were much better than *A and LH or LX (considering both perks, prices and schedule). Then, Flying Blue changed its rules, and *A with LX as the main carrier used (and certainly not LH) became better for me. This advantage was then "topped" after A3 joined the alliance.
I now mostly fly A3 within Europe and any *A carrier for long haul depending on price and schedule (e.g. TK to ORD; about 1000 Euro cheaper than other airlines in business). But AF still remains in my heart, and I do fly them when I can.

I am having the same problem with blue1. I am still missing miles for two flight segments. Strangely enough, both segments I am missing are the first leg from a 4 leg trip, all other flights of those two trips (also with blue1) have been credited properly.
I have contacted miles&bonus, who told me the problem is with blue1 and that they can only credit the miles after confirmation of blue1. So last week I filled out two feedback forms on the blue1 website (one for each flight), urging them to confirm to Aegean. I don't know if it helps and I have not heard back from them yet. Is it otherwise possible to file a complaint with the star alliance group?

Definitely no issues crediting flights from LX. My last few ones went automatically after just 3 days, same speed as on M&M ^
Now I'm looking forward for some nice deals on any *A carrier that can create lots of miles on Aegean, anyone have an idea? Preferably over the weekend.. (don't need to be actual deals, just airlines which tend to offer good offers which will result with (full) miles on Aegean - unfortunately the recent LH offer to SIN was in L which don't give any miles on A3 (but 50% on LH)

I am now wondering if there is a problem with Blue1/Aegean with flights originating from certain cities?
All my Blue1 flights have been credited properly to my A3 account, apart from the legs starting in ZRH, none of these (three in total now) have been credited so-far.
I had an even stranger problem with my latest ZRH - HEL flight on Blue1. Normally I always enter my A3 code already upon booking, but this time I had not done that, so wanted to do it when checking in. However, when the staff in ZRH tried to enter the miles&bonus number, the system responded that the information was "rejected by the operating carrier" (and yes, she knew Aegean is A3). I tried again at the transfer desk, then again at the boarding gate, but each time the same message. When I got to HEL, I asked again at the gate for my connecting flight, and there they could enter the information without any problems.
So I believe they really have a problem with flights originating in ZRH.
I wrote a mail to them, and part of their answer was:
Your feedback is hihgly valuated and has been forwarded further in our organisation. In fact, Blue1 and Aegean Airways's frequent flyer programme managers will meet on Monday and they will also take this matter in discussion.
Unfortunately we cannot help you with this matter, you should be in contact with Aegean Airways' frequent flyer member service for further action.
I wonder if those people are really planning to meet...
Anyway, I am interested to hear if anyone else ever got a Blue1 flight originating in ZRH successfully credited to his/her A3 account, and if yes how much time it took...

Reduced accessibility of M&B's account pages has nothing to de with strikes. From the programme's home page you can link to a page with the following contents:
System Upgrade
Due to the Miles&Bonus systems’ upgrade, the access and management of your Account will temporarily be unavailable, both online and via Aegean’s Call Center.
You will be informed with a new announcement regarding the system’s restoration, on our website within the day.
Thank you for your understanding.
Everything is now working fine for me. My points from a US flight earlier this week posted as well.

Booked on LH ex-ZRH today, I couldn't enter my A3 number at the checkin machine and the lady at the baggage drop counter was not able to either (quoting "refused by carrier" or something similar). Due to delays in FRA I was later rebooked on LX and this time A3 was successfully entered at baggage drop. Could this be due to LH-LX system differences? Or just the agent at the counter?
I'm hoping there aren't any issues on the return trip in a few days, since these flights should be enough for me to qualify for *G!
See my mail in this topic a couple of weeks ago. I had the same thing (was flying BLUE1 to VAA via HEL). In ZRH they got the same error you mention, in HEL they had no problem at all entering my A3 number.
Points for that flight have actually been credited 2 days ago (after retro-claim + complaints), now only waiting for my miles for a March flight from ZRH to HEL.

I just flew blue1 on monday and the checking lady said the card would not read? so she started to enter the number manually at which point she entered AE not A3 when I corrected her she just said its never a number but okay... then the status showed correctly on my BP... so be on the look out for this simple mistake that can be a hassle... just my observation not sure how unaware people are of this new addittion to *A

it should be the agent's problem probably, cuz most of time they dont know the code for aegean.

I am missing a flight from last month (Spanair - don't even ask) that was credited to Aegean.
I've submitted the missing miles information (twice), and written e-mails (through their website) to customer service (twice). The silence is deafening so far.
Any idea how best to contact Aegean?

IMHO it is a waste of time to wait for JK miles on A3. see http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/16319508-post120.html and following (still did not get the miles from Aug/Sep flights LAST YEAR on JK).

At least on one of my attempts I had my A3 number on the boarding pass as well. I don't think this is resolved (and it's been more than a year now) and the Alliance should be ashamed because of this. Unfortunately no-one cares, so I don't think there is anything I/we can do against it except voting with our wallets. I subsequently started to not fly JK and am now thinking to rather go for Asiana Diamond than Aegean Gold. OT: Anyone ever heard of problems with crediting JK to Asiana?

I am still missing a BLUE1 flight from March. It took forever, but all other flights have been added in the mean time. I have mailed them about this one again - but no response (again).
I mail them on miles_bonus@aegeanair.com and miles.bonus@aegeanair.com. I don't know which one is the best, and in the "early" days I did sometimes get a response by mailing on both.

How is people's experience with miles posting for TK flights? Smooth or problematic? I got a TK C longhaul trip coming up in late Aug and am considering making a run for A3 *G. Only wish TK would also earn 200% for C and not just 150%, but alas let's not complain.

I flew TK twice over the last 10 months (ATH-IST-ORD and back) and the miles posted after 3-4 days each time.
