Hilton HHonors - Hiltons in Rome and London on points

What Hiltons would you recommend in Rome and London for reward stays. My daughter will be in London for 2 days and prefers to be in the heart of things. She is also staying in Rome for a week. We wold consider hotels within a short train ride (10 - 15 minutes) also. Thanks
