Now that we've got a new forum, I'd say we need some content and as a (still) Aegean blue member, Im curious about anyone elses experiences with Aegean blue or gold status on A3 flights. Im sure that most of you actually only have the gold status but rarely/never fly A3, still I would be happy to hear any experiences you've made.

My own A3*S experience (MXP-ATH) included getting emergency exit seats on both outbound and return which makes me conclude that they actually block these seats for status pax on A3 flights. Since I actually received a seat there as a lowly blue member this makes me wonder where all the gold members are hiding ; )

Anything else noticeable on A3 flights? Do you feel like you get special treatment when flying A3 as a gold member?

and cheers again to the new forum!

As a *G generally, I've noticed a higher level of treatment at check-in and the ability to book exits and bulkheads. Haven't noticed anything onboard.

I believe A3 *S gets A3 lounge access when flying A3. This would seem parallel to the LH benefit of letting their own *S into their business class lounges in Germany when flying coach IIRC.

...Anything else noticeable on A3 flights? Do you feel like you get special treatment when flying A3 as a gold member?...Treatment-wise there is no difference. But I've noticed that in oftEn the seat next to me remains empty! Having said this, though, I've also noted that when I do OL-checkin, they assign me a B or E seat. I've wondered whether they would keep the entire row free, but to be safe, I've always changed this to a C or D one.

No, this is not correct.

All Aegean business class passengers, holders of the Miles&Bonus gold card and holders of the Star Alliance Gold card are welcome to enjoy the special amenities of the Lounge.
