It's only 4 stars on Yelp but still recommended by me.

Yotekkoya is the best ramen in my opinion.. Also not bad and somewhat new is marukame on kuhio. Very cheap

I highly recommend having Japanese noodles when you're in Waikiki instead of in Maui.

I second Murakame, if you'd like udon.
I also recommend Matsugen, which does soba and udon.
