Looking for our upcomming vacation for a nice Hotel in Perth and Yallingup area.
Max. price level 300 AUD$ / night.

As I read the IC Perth seems to be outdated as well as Hyatt. So this will be no solution for us. As it will be the first time for us being in that area it might be great if someone could recomend soemthing nice for us.

Maybe also recommend different location if you think it's worth. Should be something relaxing with some restaurants surrounded. Car would be available.

Thanks!

Perth and Yallingup are two very different places separated by 260 kilometres. Yallingup will have a small range of mostly upmarket accommodation, including a caravan park, nearby Caves House and the Smith's Beach Resort but is mostly a surfing/holiday home type place. I'm assuming you know someone in Yallingup?

In Perth, the Richardson Hotel is very good. Generally, the Hotels in Perth are very ordinary. No new Hotel has been built for about 30 years there and this combined with a resources boom in Western Australia means you are generally paying a lot for a generally ordinary room.

The Richardson has good rooms and if you are traveling for a while has a kitchenette so you can eat in. Rooms are a good size and have a living room as well as a dining area and bedroom.

I can't guarantee it will be less than $300 a night- not many hotels in Perth are now even if very ordinary. However, definitely worth enquiring about.

Thanks for your feedback.

@valve bounce, well I know noboday in this area. To be honest this area just look amasing in my point of view and Iwould love to relax here for while. I used google earth and yeah I like to see it in real.

What is for sure our flight back will be from Perth. It's booked and the ticked is here.

I'm not afraid of drifing 260 km the question is will we find affordable hotel with resonable service or not. I found one at SLH which is above 300 AUD /night and I'm not sure if I'm willing to pay for it.

On the other hand does it makes sense to use a camper in this area?

Thanks for Caves House that looks really nice. I will ask them for a quote. Just these days they start with new managemnt I found out. Let's see.

@Kingsfordsmith1 thnaks for the Richardson. It looks nice as well. You confirm my feelding about the Hotel situation in Perth. Well, it will be only for let's say 2 nights but still if you pay a lot I want a lot. :p

In any case a camper for Perth is no solution for me. Also the camper is not on top of my list even if it has some benefits in terms nature and location.
