Hilton HHonors - South Carolina, Georgia Hiltons

I'm looking to spend a week or so in the southeastern states. Does anyone out there have any recommendations on Hiltons in either SC or Georgia? I was thinking of Charleston but I'm open to suggestions. I'll consider Florida as well, but not Miami, the Keys or Orlando (we've already been there and would like to see new areas). I've stayed at the Hilton Charleston Harbor Resort & Marina. It is a newer property with around 200-300 rooms on 3 storeys. Try to get a harbor view room with a veranda. The hotel is across the harbor from downtown Charleston so you get some nice views, but you will need a car if you are staying here. I paid approx. $150/night.

There is also an Embassy Suites in downtown Charleston, but I found the rates there very high ($200+), and vacancy very low when I was there last February.

I have also stayed at the Embassy Suites in Columbia, SC, which is probably your best choice if you need to spend any time there. Email me if you need any more info.
