Iberia had changed a lot of their domestic lunchtime flights from Iberia to Air Norstrum between Jerez and Madrid. However, something must have happened as now there are no flights now between Jerez and Madrid with any airline :td:
So I went to the Iberia desk in Jerez where they changed me to the morning flight. However, on reflection, this wasn't really that great as it meant I was going to be in Madrid for nearly 6 hours waiting for my London City connection.
So I called up Customer Services and asked what they could change me to. They couldn't change me to the late morning Heathrow flight but offered me the evening or early morning departures. I took the early morning departures and they waived any change fee which I thought was good of them considering I had already changed the flight once ^
