Other Car Rental Programs (ie. Alamo, Enterprise) - What loyalty perks matter to you most?

Hey everyone! Great forum here and I’m glad to be a new member!

I’m doing a project and I’m trying to figure out what matters most to frequent travelers in terms of loyalty programs. I need to this for a presentation and hopefully it supports some of the suggestions I have to offer for a superior loyalty program.

Hey Cagalindo, would individual companies have to establish branded lounges in an airport for that privilege?
