Diners Club Club Rewards - Ordering Rewards via Phone? /How many Points?

Does anyone know if you can redeem your club rewards points by phone? I have been trying to access the clubrewardsus.com site for weeks to no avail. After almost an hour of waiting before and during a call with CS I was finally able to access the main DC Us site, but the rewards site still gives me errors.

I am also wondering how many points it is for a $100 gift certificate. I'm trying to figure out whether it's worth it to try to get the certs, or just cancel my card outright.

I have been a member since 1991, and at this point, the "just let them work out the kinks" excuse is stale. I have wasted more time and energy in the last three weeks on this card then I have since I got it. Not worth the wait.

AND it takes 4-6 weeks AND they will NOT replace them if lost in the mail.

Well I finally called to order my certs before cancelling my card. They said "no Williams & sonoma in stock". So i asked what else they had available and amazingly they said Amazon. So even though they weren't on the website I could order. They came via Fed Ex or UPS about 2 days later.

And when I said i wanted to cancel the card, they waived the annual fee and gave me 500 points. But I can't see any of that online - still!
