Middle East - Car Service Jerusalem

Can anyone recommend reliable and affordable car services for:

Tel Aviv airport to Jerusalem

and

Jerusalem to Eilat.

(We are a family of four and the bus seems unpleasant with the children in tow).

a regular taxi should cost about 250-300 Israeli shekel
I don't think a car service would be much cheaper
