Asiana Club - Business Class Advance Seat Assignment

Is there any way to view and book available Business Class Seats online.

Booking is a BMI Award and I have OZ-PNR but no OZ Membership or OZ Ticket Number.

Even being able to view unoccupied seats would help as ExpertFlyer says no seats Map for OZ.

You might be able to use BMI's ticket # for this itinerary since CO award tickets work the same way. OZ's seat maps don't show up on KVS either.

I find calling them in advance the easiest, as their website is awful.

In a similar vein, I had booked an award ticket ORD-REP thru Continental on OZ, called in and changed to SFO-REP, picked my seats online and everything looked fine for a few weeks and then the ticket disappeared. Called in to CO and they said OZ cancelled and CO rebooked me. Called OZ to reassign seats and even they couldn't get me an assigned seat on the ICN-REP leg. Amazing there is no IT in S. Korea.

The IT in South Korea is great - if you speak and read Korean.

I'm surprised that they couldn't give you a seat assignment over the phone. I call them to select a seat every time I fly with them and have never had an issue. Are you in business or economy?
