Is there STD/ISD/PCO at Delhi T3 domestic airside?

Can one get prepaid phone refills domestic airside, or anywhere along the most direct route from international arrival to domestic departure?

i think there are a couple right outside the terminal in the waiting area before parking....

Thanks! However, this doesn't qualify as "airside" (which means, in this context, "past security").

I am not sure about T3, as i have had a mobile phone with me every time I departed from t3, but you could make free local calls from a phone in T2. It was often hard to find free as some people gabbed away on a FREE phone.

i know it doesn't qualify as airside but i was just pointing out that there are still a few of them left at some point in the airport....
