In terms of the hard product, not much.
It's LY's SH cradle seat and about 38" pitch I bealive.
It's ok for a day flight I guess, and to be honest probably on par with IB's offering on the route, though I think IB may have better leg room.

IB is much better in the food in seat in the lounage
LY is a little better with the service.
It is just a 4.5 hours flight...
try to do the codeshare: Get LY points and fly IB
the LY 737 c class is a shame...
