Please, in the future either post the codes and the terms, or give the landing page. Giving a booking page iwth the codes filled in is useless, as it does not tell you, for starters, what the expiration date is or any other booking limitations.

You can use any AWD. I used the S789500 code with MUHA015 and received the 9000 pts each time.
