LAN LANPASS - Issues creating LANPASS account.

So, as the title says, I've tried numerous times to create a LANPASS account from LAN's website. Each time I submit my info, it will jump to a page that says, " The operation was not completed, please try again later."
I tried calling the LAN phone # to attempt to sign up via phone. The phone agent told me to email my acct registration info to the following address:
lanpass.awards@vo.lan.com
I got a return to sender email, saying it wasn't a valid email address.
Is it possible for me to set up a LANPASS account, or is LAN some sort of exclusive country club that doesn't want my kind (jk, maybe)?

Try the same address but with "BO" (stands for "back office") in place of "VO".
B & V are frequently confused in Spanish because they are pronounced the same way. People will usually say "Bay Corta" for "V" and "Bay Large" for "B"
Good luck.

:) well, it is bo.lan.com not vo.lan.com ...
... funny because in Spanish the v often sounds like b ...
but of course this doesn't excuse all the problems people have setting up an account...
I do like the idea of it being an exclusive club though, membership depending on how much of a glutton you are for Lan ground silliness :)
Edit: oops didn't see P's post

Thanks for the help guys! Yeah, when I spoke to the phone agent I could've sworn he said victor when he was using words for each letter, but the accent was a little tough. I'm glad I got this cleared up. Now to see if i can change seats for any of my jfk-lim-eze-scl-ipc-scl-jfk legs :)

he probably said "bictor"
Given V and B sound the same not knowing how to spell "victor" wouldn't be nada nuebo

No it wouldn't, but at least if you get a nasty agent and call her a vitch, you will get away with it.
