Here are onboard loads for July for the eastern division of Frontier, plus some select competitors. Remember, as always, that loads are only half the picture in guessing relatively profitability as it says nothing much about fare or traffic composition.

Summer is a time of full planes, and while full planes are definitely not a guarantee of profit, flights that have a lot of empty seats in summer can raise an eyebrow.

i'll see if I can get DEN posted later.

Impressive loads out of DEN considering a large portion of the markets are above 88%. Other than PVU the lower markets seem to be longstanding Q400 routes which do raise some eyebrows. Especially with the small fleet I wouldn't be surprised to see the rest of the Q's parked after this ski season until they can find a home (I think we are still debating which 5 sub 99 aircraft will remain next year right?). Hopefully they can find a way to keep ASE as it is a high yielding route and one of my favorite ski destinations.

Impressed with the MKE-SAT numbers, but based on the fares I've priced out in the past it doesn't appear that this would be very high yielding traffic.

As always, thanks for posting these!

It'll be interesting to see MKE's loads from more recent months which reflect the axed connecting feed.

Absolutely. Most likely will be lower, but also more likely to be O/D, which would potentially be higher yielding. Also, I wonder how many might be driving MSN-MKE or GRB-MKE to catch flights without the connection.

As well as they seem to be doing in ANC and FAI I'm surprised they haven't yet gone year-round to Alaska.
