I need Rental going from Miami to Orlando nad dropping at Orlando for 3 days in December. What is the ball park rate I need to look for.

It depends on multiple factors. I suggest you try doing some dummy bookings online. That way you get an idea of the likely cost. You can also use this thread http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/avis/344152-avis-discount-codes.html to help you with a discount code that may lower the rate. FT folks are happy to help with ideas and suggest alternatives to potential booking options. But you need to do some work yourself.

It's also worth noting that in FL, they cannot charge one-way or drop-off fees, which will help you out. But I agree that you need to just go to Avis.com and try to make a few bookings with discount codes found in this forum and see what's best for you that you qualify for.
