For the past 3 days, I have noticed that JetBlue flights do not come up on Kayak (on the Website and Mobile App)
Anyone know whats up?
Im specifically looking on 12/31. For a flight from JFK-BOS.
Thinking that just maybe they were all sold out, I also tried JFK-MCO, JFK-LGB, and JFK-LAS all produced no JetBlue results.
They are still on Expedia, so you could try that or just go to JetBlue's site (and Kayak would send you there anyway once you select a JB flight).

Bottom line here is that 95% or more of the time we are going to find the cheapest fares on an airline's website. If it seems inconvenient having to go to multiple websites, just remember how it was 20 years ago when we had to call each airline separately to find the best fare/times (sure a TA could save us time there but even then we couldn't get fares instantly like we can now).

I noticed this recently, too. I thought it was EXTREMELY odd, given that JetBlue is (was?) a sponsor of Kayak! JetBlue and things like "First Bag Free" would be listed at the top (as an ad), before search results....

This has been really annoying for me as well - Kayak has always been the most efficient and least bulky way to search for airfare and now Jetblue fares are nowhere to be found.
What I find stranger is that no one is talking about this online - when American started withholding their fares last year, it was a huge public debacle. I received an email from American rationalizing their decision and the story was covered by many news outlets nationwide. Yet, for some reason this has gone by completely unnoticed.
I understand that Jetblue is not AA, but one would think that someone would be making some noise...

It proves that with AA, despite their stale onboard product and current challenges, is still a much larger driver in the business travel business than B6 can ever pretend to be.

I believe that AA withheld its fares from Expedia. Southwest doesn't provide pricing to Kayak, but at least its schedules are loaded.

Airlines will constantly get removed because of the nature of the beast. One has to know the airlines on the routes you are looking for and go to the airline websites for domestic bookings and compare the various search options. There is no one size fits all website and never will be.
If you know JetBLue serves the route which you do, just go to JetBlue's website to compare pricing.
Unclear if its temporary or permanent however.

They now started appearing again on Kayak but only with the flight times and not the prices or ability to book - same as Southwest

AA most certainly has withheld rates from Kayak in the past. There even used to be some disclaimer text on Kayak.com that said something about how AA's rates wouldn't be displayed on Kayak due to a decision made by American & not by Kayak.
Why do people always act as experts on things they do not truly know? :p
