When is it that you're flying OZ F on ICN-BKK?
I can't seem to find any dates in the next 6 months that they offer F tickets on this route.

There is a Fast-track immigration service available. Most airlines do this for premium cabin pax; there's a card they'll hand out for fast-track immigration, similar to LHR. I'd guess OZ would likely do it as EK, TG, TK, LH, and LX to my knowledge do this. You can also get it through a number of private companies.

Maybe the TPAC portion might be on F, but within Asia most flts are sold as 2 class.

In this case you are not even a F pax, whatever your 1st or 2nd segment is totally irelevant to the rest of your PNR.
C pax for sure don't get any priority customs, even TG only do it for pax arriving in F only.

Actually TG have recently (within the past year) been giving priority to C passengers in the form of a Fast-track invite when arriving into BKK. I must have about a dozen of the cards being most times there's virtually no queues when I arrive so I don't even bother with the fast-track lane.
Other carriers are also known to pass out fast-track cards to their C passengers, but I believe that is for a different zone. The TG fast-track lane is located to the far-right side of the immigration in the normal immigration hall located opposite gate D-4. There's another special CIP/Fast-track lane between the two normal immigration hall that I believe the other airlines use. But last I know, OZ was not handing out fast-track cards on their flights. Things might have changed since then, but I kinda doubt it.

Are C pax on TG now use the same lane in BKK as F pax minus the private van and escort ?

It's the same lane as the last time I used TG F, but don't know if they've since added a new lane for F, or if the F escorts let them jump the queue. My last F flight was prior to them giving out cards to C passengers. I can see an F passenger wouldn't be thrilled if there was a long queue there due to numerous C passengers.
