Iberia Airlines Iberia Plus - Advice with unused (without notice to airline) business ticket

Hello maybe you can help me. I had business ticket Gua-PRG-GUA. I used first part and I was planning to put on hold the return but I confused the date and now it is due. I called callcenter and no help, they say I lost the ticket.
Any advice or idea how to recover it?

It is very much depending on the sales conditions of the ticket. It sounds like it wasn't a flexible ticket. But you should be able to get the taxes refunded. However, you should be careful, since the airline might recalculate the fare = pay oneway fare, instead of discounted return fare. This might be more expensive in the last end!
