Hilton HHonors - VIP Question in relation to Health Clubs

I just qualified for Silver VIP. I'm wondering if my spouse and I can both use my card to get free entrance into Hilton owned health clubs/spas. Do we each need a separate card and if so then would it be better for us to get a joint account in order to both enjoy the benefits? Thanks for any info.

I just stayed at the Bally's Las Vegas and am a Gold HHonors. They only let me -not my wife- use the club (the card is in my name). I had to show my card each day. I noticed that what happened was I was told that the club is "independently" operated - and each day they charged the hotel for my visit. It was deeply discounted when I peered into the club computerscreen!

At most Hilton properties, you both get access when occupying the same room.

This is one of the major reasons why my wife and I decided to "Mutal Fund" our accounts. Now, we both have cards at the same level, one in my name, one in her name. Thus, neither of us run the risk of being turned away.
