I hope those two idiots have their case dismissed and are forced to pay court costs. I dare these two people to travel in other countries and a cockroach would be the least of their worries.

well I dont blame the FA and only hope FL pulled the plane out of service till it was sprayed. and not a reason to divert a flight. However if it can be proved that FL kept using that plane and didnt pull it out of service once ita rrived at ATL then FL should be hit hard, as there is food prep in FC

as for the couple Give Me a Break, I guess every week or so they throw everything out in their home or whenever they see a cr. Ive yet to get sick or be bitten by any cr over all the yrs Ive seen them. Imagine if she ever sees a rat on a persons property she will lock herself up for the rest of her life

What type of food prep do they have?

The suit also claims the cockroaches made them sick. Marsh said they could see the cockroaches long enough for Rush to become nauseous.

Technically (regardless of what the internet says), the cockroaches made Rush nauseated. Nauseous means to make other people sick, leading to the following question: If Rush were truly nauseous, do the other passengers now have the right to sue him?

That's extremely poor interpretation of grammar.

He was not nauseating, which is to make others sick.
