Stayed here a couple of nights ago. As a Gold I received (without asking):
- 2 bottles of water
Pros:
- nice exterior and common areas
- most employees were pleasant
Cons:
- no room upgrade
- no cookie at 8 pm check-in (I did receive 2 cold, stale cookies upon request when I came down for a paper 15 minutes later)
- poor attention to detail in room (primary light burned out in bathroom, 2-month old HBO guide, etc.)
- low, low, low faucet water pressure (shower was fine)
- umremarkable room with beige overkill
All in all, I wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel again. The "cons" are minor, to be sure, but they do outweigh the "pros".
