Hilton HHonors - Question regarding miles for points transfer (especially from Frecuenta and Skymiles)

I decided today to transfer all my spare miles for Hilton Honors points. No problems with Onepass and Mileage Plus - very kind, quick and professional service, although Onepass representative warned many times that this process could "and will" take 90 days. Mexicana Frecuenta told me however that I can transfer only flights miles (and, shame to admit, I have only around 2600 flight miles in my Mexicana account).
Few questions:
1)I have earlier this year transferred Frequenta miles to Hilton Hhonors points in 3125 mile fractions (3125 miles = 10 000 Hhonors points). Is it still so? According to Hilton Hhonors web-site it now takes 5000 miles.
2)Is there any way around this Frecuenta "flight miles only" requirement? Do other "paid" miles also qualify?
3)Can I transfer Delta bonus miles to Hhonors or do Skymiles also require that miles to be transferred must be paid miles (accumulated using paid services)?
Thanks in advance.

AFAIK, only MX requires miles to be actually flown (on MX or their partners) in order to be eligible for transfer to HH. Any DL miles can be transferred, inluding bonus ones (whether accumulated using paid services or otherwise).

Slightly off topic, but worth noting nonetheless, is that MX instituted this policy in connection with the widespread practice (abuse?), discussed at great length hear on FlyerTalk, of securing a MX enrollment bonus and then immediately requesting a conversion of he MX miles to HH points.

Bump! I would like to read your comments, as I do have some orphan MX miles (combination of flew miles and enrollment bonus) that I would like to transfer into HH

The Delta route to Hilton finished about a year back.
I thought the CO route was also closed down now too?
I did some earlier year as I recall it was going to close soon?
When did the $25 fee come in .. never seen that before. :D
I'm sure that the people responding to this thread over the course of today have noticed that they are correcting information that was accurate when the post was made two years ago. After all, back in November of 2002, it was still possible to transfer DL miles to HH. :D
That said, to answer the bumped question - my recollection is that MX will still only transfer actual flight miles to HHonors. Someone who knows otherwise, however, is free to correct me on this.
