the notice doesn't mention it, but many of the 6:40pm weekday TG (602?) out of BKK have been cancelled as well - as I know from the spanner it threw in the works. This means there isn't a same day connecting flight out of Sydney through to Hong Kong - found out by chance on Friday afternoon when checking my booking was in their system, didn't even receive a notice.

Looks like I'll be affected with one of those "other" countries. Luckily, I'll be travelling after the affected dates. I'm hoping they don't extend those.

TG652/639 returns 18NOV11, then it'll be TG602/603's turn for cancellation

sorry I wasn't clear by not including dates, my flights were for the 22nd (476 in, 602 out) now 472 in on the night before and 600 out the next morning.
