Hilton HHonors - Hotwire/Priceline stays... no longer get stay credit nor incidentials credit?

Hey Gang,

Had a couple of stays the past couple of weeks that I did not get credit for since they were Priceline/Hotwire stays. They would not even take my number for incidentials.

I sent a note to our flyertalk hilton email. The response was that this has always been the policy... and that it has not changed. I have gotten stay credit in the past on these stays if they had incidentials charged to the room.

I am really surprised to know that I do not even get points for incidentials.

Any one else having this same experience?

Yeah, I had the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago. You still, however, are entitled to any elite perks.

Coincidently I had a Priceline stay posted today: no points for incidentals (the correct amount was listed, but no points awarded). The stay showed up at my "stay count" but I don't know if it counts towards (re)earning my status.
IME whether you get the status perks depends on the property, this seems to be confirmed by posters in other threads.
