Aer Lingus Gold Circle Club - Aer Lingus Lounge Manchester

I have been told by Aer Lingus that as we are flying MAN-DUB-MCO Business Class (I know not the MAN-DUB section) we are able to use the lounge which I think is the Wilmslow Lounge. Has anyone got experience of this? If so can you tell me if you get an 'invitation' when you check in or do you get your boarding card for both legs of the flight and that is sufficient. Our first flight leaves Manchester at 8am so what food can we expect?
