Iberia Airlines Iberia Plus - Silver/gold/plat non official benefits

Hi,
Apart from the official benefits, have you experienced other advantages of being IB plus elite? How frequent are the non op upgrades? I've heard of IB upgrading people at check in as a present when they get a new card. Any other non official benefits?

The benefits I have received have been the square root of F-all.
